It’s not a bug. It happened when they revamped acts 1-4 and shortened The number of paths. You’ll have to redo that path to get full credit but you’ll still end up doing less paths than you would have before the revamp

Or a different path that you thought was the last one remaining (and didn’t notice this tiny segment here until afterwards) ?

Maratox is correct, when they revamped all of Acts 1-4, if you didn’t already have a whole Act done 100% there may now be segments here and there (from changed paths/nodes) that may appear undone in the middle of some paths now. That has to be re-explored in order to hit the changes.
