Purchased TB Mutant Nexus Crystal - Missing from Crystal Vault

I had purchased the $8 daily mutant nexus crystal offer only to find that the nexus crystal never made it in my crystal vault
I have screenshot of what I have post purchase - I wont be buying Cavelier offer for sure now

Can someone in please assist
