You shouldn't be but I also was so there's that ... some of the usual shenanigans the game throws. I believe his shock is the only thing that happens on activating the special .. not the power drain.

If you are infected, you will be power drained when your champion would regen or when being blocked by non contact basic attacks.

Turn off willpower

i assumed he was fighting with a robot because my Warlock was drained despite no willpower and not getting hit with the SP1
