Reduce Blade’s regen by 50% for the following:

1) In the base kit, Danger Sense activates when facing Mystic champions instead of Dimensional Beings (swapped with the synergy).

2) Danger Sense reduces opponents AAR by 100%, and the attack bonus is doubled, from 3000 to 6000.

All they need to do for Blade to make him more relevant without being broken is to make his Ghost Rider synergy part of his kit. Make danger sense active against all Villains. There are 69 champs tagged as villains and there are 76 tagged as metal. He would be similar to but not as good as Magneto, but would be far more useful across content than he is now. So really he'd be great against like 55 champs.

Danger Sense grants 45% AAR, which isn’t much. Consider DDHK who has a synergy that grants 35% AAR; which, frankly, is neither good for Blade (too little in base) nor DDHK (too much locked behind synergy). But I digress.

With the increased complexity of the meta, Blade would need at least 70% AAR to be relevant. With Danger Sense activating against a Class or a tag with various champions. I went with class because it’s more apparent, and Spirit of Justice expanding to all villains is just too fitting to break apart.

However i think more champs should be tagged as Dimensional Beings.

Like: Vision Aarkus, Anihilus, PsychoMan...

edit: i know microverse and negative zone arent technically other dimensions, but for gamewise i think it should be, or at least just add Aarkus then

I think kabam are staying away from 100% AAR in the manner described since if it turns out to be to much it would be really difficult to deal with. He ignores AAR immunity so kabam could paint themselves into a corner with it unless they fancy trying to code "this champions AA cannot be reduced and has 100% resistence to abilities that bypass immunity to ability accuracy modification"

He does not have 45% aar its 40%, so even with starky synergy it only goes up to 58%. What kabam should do imo is give him a ronin style buff and bump up his base aar to 50%, making it 72% with the starky synergy which would be at magneto level. And they should give him slightly longer bleed durations as well as mephisto synergy in base kit. Villians in base kit might be too "op" in kabam's book cuz it would make him another magneto. Then eventually they should buff ghost rider and starky like they buffed hawkeye and crossbones for taskmaster and then bam, blade becomes more practical.
