Whom to R4 6* - Doom or CGR

I mostly play Monthly quests and AW. I am confused between Doom and CGR

For damage output I like CGR. But for utilities I like Doom. Please suggest. Thanks

    Cgr doesn't Need the rank 4 he does what he does at rank 3

    CGR can do most healthpools in one cycle, Doom on the other hand, can’t. Doom also benefits from the increase in combat power rate, I think it’s one less light attack ( could be wrong on the specifics) but essentially it’s one less combo you have to start to maintain the Doom cycle in non buff heavy matchups.

    Doom slaps and the utility is icing - he doesn't have CGR damage, but it's very respectable, especially if you have 1 or 2 furies up before the SP2.

    Both are great - you'll probably do both anyway so no wrong answer, but my first R4 was Doom and he is an absolute tank and his utility is top notch.

    Power control (especially when you get into the Doom Cycle), minimum damage when your Aura is up, Shock and armor break immunity, good for pesky Korg's, Knull's, Sersi's, Aarkhus'. Nice synergies with a bunch of other top champs (that Mr. F. guaranteed crit on heavy after a stagger is placed is really good).

    CGR is pure beast too with some utility. Like others said already too, CGR already hits REALLY hard at R3. Need a tiebreaker still... If you aren't running suicides, definitely Doom. If you are running suicides, then CGR.

    Thanks for the detailed information. I am running only Liquid courage. But the most of the votes are for Doom so may b I will go with the majority.
