New input issues since September update

Anyone else feel like there are more input issues now. Trying to throw 5 hit combos and randomly heavy attacking. Specials not throwing, or enemy throwing them first, despite pressing the special button first. And not dashing back when prompted

I feel like things got better mid-summer after the input fixes, although there were still some remaining issues. But this month has been a detour for me. Parry, game stutter, input drops…all of the above.
A few simple questions—apologies because I know they’ve likely been addressed at other times, but I’d love to know if anything has changed:
1) Is there any reason things like VPNs or having a few other apps open (Line, Explorer) would cause the game to lag?
2) Should we shut down and restart after a period of time (e.g., 15 minutes)?
3) Is there a current “map” that shows where to tap for each type of input (I ask because it seems like the block input has shifted upwards for me over time)?
4) Is any of this noticeable on your end? Do your testers see lag and stutter when they play?
5) Does it help to have both of the Beta switches (New Input System+Opt in) turned on? Or just one of them?
6) Do you have any suggestions that *might* help?
I realize it’s difficult. So many different connections on so many different devices. But at this point I will take any direction to make it run more smoothly on my device.

Sometimes when the game freezes for 2-5 seconds, my champ would come out charging a heavy. Even if I let thr screen go, they will still be charging. Both hands are off the screen mind you.
The even more fun part? After that happens and IF I live from the bug, I can no longer do heavy attacks for the rest of the match. Using Shang Chi went to hard mode without heavies.
It's not exactly easy to record this either. I'd have to get another phone on standby to record my hands doing the actions and I'd somehow have to be able to get the initial freeze and heavy issue.
How long will these control issue continue, it have been over a year and no further update for so many months now.
We keep reports input problem but no update from the team.
The problem is not our devices. Inputs have never been fixed. Don't allow yourselves to be gaslighted. It's obvious by the number of new input posts alone that even people who are less capable of noticing the subtle failures are noticing issues. Clearly another failed tweak to the system was made. It's time to turn compensation back on and leave it on, until it's actually fixed, because the small compensation packages once a month in no way made up for every fight being broken in the first place.
