Who do you think being benefitted more from r4?
Previously saw a post discussing CGR vs Doom, it seems majority opt in Doom as “CGR works well as r3 and marginal benefit from r4 is not obvious”. Is that happen in Magneto?

    For mutants, I would do Kitty over Mags. But I would rank up Doom first of all of them.
