Developers Patch Needed

I had an issue with the summoner event quest two days ago and I wasn’t able to receive the last rewards.(30/30) It was devastating seeing the lack of patching bugs onto an event that I was taking my valiant effort into. For some reason, it was frozen onto 96.66% instead of it exceeding to 100% of the reward. I know it might seem late to load up a documentation of this case but I was just procrastinating about it because i was iffy to post one up but now i’ve seen people actually having issues alone with this game. Do you guys mind seeing if you can look further upon this issue because I should’ve been at 100% instead of it being just stuck onto 96.66%. Hope y’all can fix this before anybody else experiences it!

Stuck on 96.66% ??

The real problem is that over the 33 days that the event ran (with a possible 33 objectives to do), you only did 29 of the objectives.
So you were 1 short.

Not a bug.

Only reason others were posting similar is that they also missed 4 days worth (1 more than the 3 grace days allowed that you could have missed).

Possible reasons for missing some days…
* You could only let 2 undone objectives stack up at a time, so on a 3rd day if already having 2 stacked up, a 3rd would NOT have been offered to you. (multiple times)
* You just didn’t login for a whole day. (multiple times)

It was a BUG. Two days before event has ended I seen myself stuck on 96.66% for TWO days. I would try my hardest to get it unfrozen but it wouldn’t exceed the PROGRESSION.(i grinded for a two Whole days without logging out) I had numerous of objectives to do but when I tried completing them it wouldn’t move forward with progression. On top of that I have logged in DAILY ever since the Gorr and Valkyrie event along with the Quicksilver event as well. That summoner event messed me up entirely. I couldn’t be optimistic about the event anymore. It doesn’t correlate with my objectives because I would see all the quests of what to do. Although, it never moved forward it was frozen/stuck onto 96.66%. It was such an EASY DURABLE EVENT but the DEVELOPERS screwed me over entirely monitoring my playtime with progression, which happens often ever since that occurred.

What were the objectives that you could not complete ?
Do you have pics of those objectives ?
Maybe you did not understand the objectives that were based on Class Relationship.

(Opposite side of Class Wheel, and the other was Class Disadvantage, those were 2 different objectives.)

I highly understood the objectives why wouldn’t I comprehend it. It’s a BUG that must be fixed ASAP. All of a sudden ever since I posted up a discussion about this bug they got rid of the Summoner Event Quest. I was scrolling through the objectives of what I couldn’t do but now there is no option to view. Why is this happening all at once.

I can see the summer opbjectives just fine

And with zero screenshots or proof that what you're saying is real I don't think there is much that Kabam can do.
They have nothing to go by to find a fix, that together with the fact that I havent really seen anyone else mention this problem outside of clear human error makes me think that this is just that, human error.

And some things you're saying just don't make sense, are you suggesting that the developers specifically decided to pick on you and make the event not work? Because it's looking like you are saying that

Your absolutely right I have no proof all of a sudden. Yes they did mistreated my progression of event quest. How come I wasn’t able to proceed but most others were able to? Also my relatives playing this game had no issue only ME. Along with that you guys are continuing to disagree/laugh at my perspective of issue of my posts which doesn’t seem professional at all. Kabam have everything to find a fix I’ve sent a screenshot of the event on my first discussion. Although if It happens again i’ll send the valuable proof screenshots and screen recording next time i’ll be full aware of doing that since this was my first time experiencing and explaining the case.

So your assumption when none of your relatives or whatever had an issue is "Damn, Kabam must be purposefully messing with ME"? Sounds a bit self absorbed but okay

You have indeed showed a screenshot of the event, sadly tho that doesn't really show anything, it shows that you indeed didnt get the full 30 days in. But nowhere can be seen that you finished the objectives that needed to be finished, that's what I mean with having no proof

Initial screenshots, of “Finished Events” milestones, doesn’t actually indicate what OBJECTIVES you failed to do.
And yes, after a few days, your Events in FINISHED screen will go away, they are done with. But you have that pic anyways, even though that really doesn’t help.

What is being asked is if you took a screenshot the list from Summer OBJECTIVES screens (not the Event Milestones screens), that would have shown which Objectives you did not complete.

That screenshot would have had to been taken before the 33 day cycle came to an end and a new 33 day cycle began.

Any objectives that were left incomplete prior to end of 33-day Summer Camp cycle would get deleted prior to starting a new Objective for 1st day of new 33-day cycle.
