What's going on here? Is it me?

I get him to phase 4, he's at 2% and it's a race to sp3.

So I get to sp3, fire it and it only does 1% damage. I need to hit 2 sp3s before he hits one?

Hype unfortunately doesn’t have the damage on his SP3 to one shot. It’s stupid because getting to an SP3 should be an insta kill but it isn’t.

Yeah there's nothing in his phases that states an sp3 means K.O. I guess I was just using a hard enough hitting champ each time.
