I am biased because I enjoy Dr Strange and Symbiote Spidey. Also enjoy Sunspot and BP. But, it appears SS is 3*. Recently got him as 4* and his damage is insane! Instantly ranked him up to 4/40. Don’t care if wasted few resources. I also just started Act 5. My list for you would be:
