Tigra gets hit by beam of apoc sp1

Today I had a ko in war because my tigra got hit by the beams of Apoc sp1 even though I was charging heavy and miss should trigger.

It was node 22 tier 4 and I had only 1 debuff on me. The node has 15% defensive ability reduction but for as far as I know phase/miss mechanic is not considered defensive ability (falcon doesn’t counter miss either). Anyone else have the same issue? In battle grounds this also happened sometimes.
First miss in this fight on sp1 was no problem, second sp1 didn’t miss and my boosted R4 tigra was immediately ko.

Does anyone have an explanation for this? Made a support ticket but get the usual auto reply instead of an actual answer to my quotation.

Thanks. How is it possible that I’m getting weakness if I don’t get hit by the sp1? Because that would mean I can’t phase through any of apoc’s sp1’s?

I see the hazard shift node. If there's a damaging debuff on the opponent, Apoc wil apply his debuffs on special activation

I see. Now I found I was shrugging off weakness because of offensive tactic on tigra. So that’s why sp1 miss worked fine earlier on in the fight. Thanks for your help now it’s clear
