Cav exploration Solo event after becoming TB

I just became Thronebreaker today (struggled way more with GM, than I am comfortable admitting)…

Then I found out, that there are some additional solo event quests, particularly the one where you have to explore Cav difficulty in the monthly event quest:


Now, I have already explored that event on Cavalier difficulty before…



And just to be on the safe side, I ran through one of the maps again…

But I won‘t receive the reward for exploration… Is this intended or should I contact support?

    You weren’t eligible for the reward at the time the content was completed. That said, contact support. Some people are getting help with it while others are not. No consistency so good luck.
