I don’t usually comment but had to sign in just to come here and say how bad this event and offers are. Very disappointing. Kabam cannot do anything right. Seems all pro-player events and deals are gone. Everything has gone PTW 100%.
I guess i gotta be a little more constructive. Comparing last year and this year offers.. the event is a huge letdown. Please review last year and this year, compare them. Its an event not a sale.. and the event is lacking objectives or a special quest or something... Even the items being sold seem stale... Hot ticket being a generic awakening gem and a rank 2-3... My understanding of this is that its targeted to Thronebreakers and Cavalliers aiming for TB... Huge letdown, easy pass

Its like they thought that the cute warning wasnt going to blow up on them because they phrased it funny. Its a layup kind of event for universal praise and instead they just aggravated every single player. Even if you are willing to spend, its way better when you dont have to and can use gold instead.
One other observation: the solo event (which I would recommend grabbing exactly “1” point in for a million gold) relies on Duels, Arena and AQ with Pool champions.
Not normal questing, which could be a way to utilize extra energy and generate points for a shot at getting a little better rewards.
What I wonder is what kind of accounts will be at the top of the leaderboard for the solo event…
Wow what an absolute disappointment of an "event" this one is. They didn't even "try something new" like the post said they just removed the part everyone liked and its business as usual. Maybe it's just the industry standard (I don't play many mobile games) but it's crazy to me how events like this how piss poor kabam is at reading the room and actually doing things their players like.
They wanted to "try" something different. I'm all about making money, but at least give us something to look forward too. Gifting is gone , gold event is gone. At this point I just will stop looking forward to anything. Not even a arena for 6* shards

That’s true, wasn’t there an arena where we could get the pool crystals that have units? What happened to that?
Feeling stolen. Idk why there was such a confusion of gold offers coming. I collected 3.6 mil gold in two days by just selling whatever i had in the inventory. Disappointment x100
I’m personally not spending a dime on these trash deals. I’m not a huge spender, but I do typically get the sigil, the units subscription and some of the other offers that show up from time to time. This is enough to switch to FTP until the game inevitably reaches it’s demise. Way to drop the ball, Kabam.
How does kabam consistently miss the easiest of layups?! You guys could have effortlessly Garnered some good will but chose not to. And worst of all chose not to communicate that there would be no gold offers. At least tell us in a real post not some trolly thrillson post
I haven’t been more disappointed in a while. I already severely curbed my spending on this game and this just reinforces my decision. I am sure there is value in there for some, but I don’t even feel like opening the game anymore today now.

Yes - room is definitely not read. Clearly, an this thread shows, people are more than willing to spend on the game when the offers are very good. I have no problem spending on a game that I very much enjoy, but when the game throws out this...I'll happily pass
Really kabam? No gold offers? I know everyone is thinking it...these offers suck. Way to kick your whole player base right in the crotch. Anyone else agree? Voice you discontent and complaints here

On a serious note we all know kabam wont pull punches on monetization now that gifting is gone. I wonder where DNA is with his “health of the game” over “route monetization” argument right about now. Every event, every offer only serves to show where the intent for this game lies
I don't really understand why gold offers weren't brought back. That was one of the best things released last year and you don't release it again.. Honestly really disappointed.
return the offers, we already do a lot putting up with the visual bugs where they didn't even give compensation, because they can nerf characters after a year but they can't put the gold offers, right
