Bad war match making

Guys I've been playing this game for a few years now. When is the match making for war going to get fixed. The last 6 wars in a row we are facing alliance of 48-55 million. Ours is only 28 million. All there defense is 6* R3 and R4 and we don't even have R4. We are only in gold 3 and will never be able to progress if this isn't sorted. Also not sure if people have seen it but after a fight some nodes show a 2 like you have died even though you haven't not sure if this is counting towards the death total or not but it needs looking into.

He said he can't get past gold 3 unless he stops getting matched with higher rating alliances. That highly implies he wants to get higher AW tier rewards.

If a 50+ million rated alliance is in gold 3. They aren't trying.

That's the problem they aren't trying intentionally, cause they if they went up much they will be matched with higher alliances. Staying on gold 3 and bullying small alliance is easier isn't it?

It is a good technique to earn good rewards with minimal stress and efforts but it surely shows poor sportsmanship.

I mean alot of it can be based on what the alliance wants to do with war. I played for an alliance last summer that had some people with a rating of like 200k and others with a rating of over 3 million. We were always teetering between silver 1 and gold 3. But we played casually.

Some strong alliances are more so just trying to play casually, not super competitively.

It isn't against the rules to not try in AW. Which means there is bad placement or no placement. R4 defenders in GOLD 3 are basically no harder than dueling someone from their profile. We regularly fight a 500k health winter solider for fun and people are going through act 7 with tougher nodes than GOLD 3 wars. People need to toughen up if they want to move up in war. Those bigger alliances in G3 aren't doing anything wrong. Get better at the game.

I'm in a 85 million alliance in silver 2. Sounds crazy and unfair.......it's not, keep reading.

We obviously don't care about war and semi retired with optional 1 BG aw. We don't even fill up the 1 BG most wars, have no planning, no diversity, no assigned lanes, no restrictions on revives or items, and rarely and organization to defender placement. It's a zero stress free for all because again, we just don't care about war.

That being said, what might surprise you, first, we encounter many alliances in our basic rating area, and pretty clear they don't care about war either most the time. Secondly, we lose to alliances at a fraction of our rating fairly commonly. If an weaker alliance is putting in real effort they will likely beat us.

Don't worry about me. I am just expressing my view about OP. I myself run pretty casual 60 million g2 alliance but we almost always match with same rating alliance.

And in battlegrounds I am on gladiator's circuit.

FYI the battlegrounds proved one thing for sure that title doesn't = skill. I being a 1.2 million thronebreaker with 7 r3 defeated tons of paragons with 7 r4 and full r3 deck 3million 4 million accts on my way up to gladiators circut and even in gladiators circuit.

I feel pity for those paragons honestly.

Lots of those 3 million 4 million paragons brag on global and here too, but battleground just exposed some of their skill, even the most unskilled player can become paragon with mindless arena grinding and units or by just paying.

That being said I lost to tons of paragon accts to those being genuinely skilled or way too op for my roster.

These comments saying get better at the game. Im already in act 8 I've always played relaxed and at my own pace. I don't spend money to get further. I like it like that and appreciate all the guys that do spend money. It still doesn't change the fact that its still bad match making. I'm not saying match the alliance exactly but Jesus almost double is ridiculous.
