Agree 100% with the content of your comment. But it’s still a crappy event.

    Dr. Zola
I wouldn’t say it’s not a problematic event. I would say the communication complaints are an albatross.

Nice post srs. But people have been fed up and tired with how the game has been run for a long time so all this built up frustration is definitely justified.
Built up frustration? Lol. Since when has the community ever not said something? The communities secret is the same as Hulks. Always angry.

If this was an issue about how the game was running, that would make sense. Logically, it makes sense. There are issues and people are upset about them. That makes sense. It also makes sense that their frustrations are mounting. That much is clear.
What doesn't make sense is that those issues are brought up unrelated to what's being looked at. The Event isn't even remotely implied to be some kind of remuneration for those issues. This is where it becomes mirky. It's an Event that's been taking place for a few years now, in one form or another.
The larger problem with that argument is that it's a no-win situation for them to address. So they release something that people like. They will enjoy it for a time, but it's not enough to compete with the list of resentments people are holding, so it cures little. It just gets stored away until the next point of contention. Then it's back to "You owe us". Which, for all intents and purposes, I'm not challenging.
Grievances need to be addressed where they're appropriate. The game performance issues need to be addressed where it's pertinent. BG issues where that's in question. ET AL.

So temme Dude, u need us to be patient with all the , issues happening lately..?
I agree some game modes are extremely good.
Like last few variants, Act 7 & 8, EOP. But...
    1) What abt BGs... It clearly came up with a pay to win format and reach higher up in the tracks until there was a community roar which forced them to change in season 2.. don't temme that after months of beta testing a company can release an all together different mode of BGs.. leave alone the reward structure for both (solo and alliance). And..... No Idea what's happening with modders that mess up ur progression especially on gladiators circuit which has no solution yet..
    2) AQ - it's so much outdated, especially the rewards u earn from it... Glory store - 7* are coming and yet the prices are high for a T5B & t2A shards. U get better Rewards from trophy tokens. U play 5 days of AQ , in the end the Rewards in Glory store is not valuable for the amt of time spent on it.
    3) Deadpool Offer's- NO Gold offer's.? fine..!! agreed but cost of items in the Store is Sky High.. i do spend on the game but it's ridiculous to see something like this... No one forced me to buy it but.. why make such offer's that makes most of the community members disappointed...
4)Game Issues - Plenty drop inputs, VFX issues, Bugs and still continues to persist.. Solution - Nothing..
    5) Post /Comments get deleted

*Playing this game since 7yrs . And definitely feels that the game is not heading in the right direction..
I can only say is that Kabam needs to rethink abt how to get this game progressed in a better way and keep the community and themselves happy..
    Suggestions-
-Make the game playable smoothly without monthly bugs
-Make the game Fair for both Spenders and FTP
    - Offer Great Offers/Unit offer's that will make the Non Spenders to also go for it or ar least think abt it..
    - periodically offer good deals like the gold deals ( Deadpool) last year
This will at least keep the community happy.!!
I have more to add but that's it..

We can write pages and page, but rules are simple. Companies should keep customers happy. There are a lot of studies that have shown that happy customers result in increased sales. Forrester (a big market research company) reports that 81% of customers are more likely to engage with businesses that exceed their expectations.

Well, that’s all, I don’t know numbers but I guess most of mcoc’s customers are not happy, if not, kabam can go on this way.

A customer buys or pays for a service or product...
The most irate players right now are f2p...

I think there's very little that the Mods can say about this, because it's not down to them. While they can acknowledge the general upset etc there's nothing they can really do. Plus it's the weekend and everyone is entitled to a break from work.

All of that said, this has been a disappointing turn of events and enforces the perception of a 'monetize everything' approach. Even just a cut and paste of last year's offers would have been better.

Take a deep breath and move on, I guess - there's not much else we can do.
