Who to rank up

Due to the large amount of champions eligible for this rank up, I’m not creating a poll. Instead, I’ll post pictures of the champs I could rank up now before my resources expire. Please comment at least 2 champions you suggest I rank up for overall use. Thank you.

I was thinking Anti-Venom and King Groot or Longshot. Some might say Spider-Man 2099, but I’m not that great with him. Maybe he needs to be awakened or something. Please please please give me some suggestions. Thanks.

Killmonger, Havoc, Emma, Stealth, SP 2099 (I have him unduped and he’s great), Longshot, and Mister Negative (if know how to use him). BP isn’t as bad as some think. We all like who we like though.
