But if anyone really wants to do that one, guess you can search for the Ally Tag instead, and then duel them from that Ally Roster list.

TOAD in EQ 2.1, direct path to MrNegative boss.

And opponents seem to have variable positions, in Master he is currently 2nd to last for me, but on Normal he is 1st on that path right now. I’m sure that changes every time you complete the quest.
