Bg rewards selector gone after claim it

Did you guys get the 25% t5cc crystal? Apart from not being able to open the selector that one seems to be missing for me and some in my alliance too.

Happened for me too it didn't appeared after claiming rewards

I got the 25% one but not the full t5cc selector it's also not in the reward claim box they normally open as soon as u claim but it's non existent
