Why are battle ground solo and alliance event rewards taking so long ?

Why after the event finished are we waiting so long and no word from kabam on when they will come ! I mean come on just send out are rewards please @Kabam Miike

    I wasn't expecting to see anything from Battlegrounds, ssince I was down in silver, so to get a 6 star and 6-star crystals was a very welcome surprise. I will definitely be playing the mode more next season.

    Some of my alliance rewards did not come through. The list said I was supposed to get a tier 5 class cat selector.

    Same, was shocked to see how much the rewards were, for such minimal participation (both as Solo and Ally).

    Such a high rank % for Ally (with minimal free participation), guess cause the bottom 100% included all that even did just a single round.

    Similar to the completed Deadpool Points event, where little play easily got huge Rank % slot.

    Just got the alliance rewards but i have a pb

    I got 2 T5CC selector and never had a chance to select anything 🤷‍♂️

    Could you please check why we never get the selector screen please ?
