Iron Man (Infamous) Special 2 No Shocks

Special 2 description states, "Each beam hit inflicts a Shock Debuff dealing ____ Energy Damage over 5 Seconds." I've included a gif showing no shock debuffs are being applied.

    Aura of Iron: Each time he inflicts one of his personal Shocks, it is immediately replaced by an instant Energy Power Burn

    It's the same reason his mediums don't inflict Shock during Aura
