depends on the content. i can tell ya she hulk has done more bosses in so many content like buss rush and SQ, although i know scorpion is new, i hope he is able to do more if not the same type of dmg that she hulk is able to put out. personally id say her slow and sp2 are super useful.
both champs should be r3 for their respected kits.

I think I would actually do shehulk. She relies on specials to keep pushing the defender over bars of power (or a very very cooperative Ai) and keep them “power-cycling” (throwing their special to give you openings without the need of parry).

Scorpion is amazing anyway.

That being said. If you need the scorpion utility. Go scorpion.

Scorpion has an amazing set of utilities and will be my next Science r4 so I absolutely agree with everyone's praise of him, but She-Hulk's access to a super-fast evade and unstoppable counter is amazing as well. One heavy and it's all shut down. She's one of my most wanted 6* champs because of that. I used my 5* a ton back in the day.
