i am not getting 4 star champions... i am playing regularly.. what to do??

Sorry to say the obvious, but... keep playing. It's a game of chance. Play the content that you can and they will come eventually.

They are luckier than you in the game! Keep playing, open PHCs. PHCs have a really low chance of giving a 4* but u r new so, you have better chance of getting a 4* from PHC. Play Arenas for PHCs and units. If not PHC then collect 4* shards from quests. Join a good n active alliance.
