    Definitely, i've been exactly through this situation last month and the 3rd objective popped as soon as I became paragon.

    Thanks for the answer and thanks for OP for asking the question. I'll be paragon tomorrow after dual class opening. I've got a cosmic gem hoping for herc, if I get him I'll r4 of not I'll r4 hulkling
