I honestly don't get what's so good about warlock he seems to have ok damage. So can someone please explain what makes him so good.

Warlock's a swiss-army knife. He's got so much utility, featuring amazing power control, easy to maintain heal block, regeneration, etc.. On top of that, he's got pretty great damage, having very high crit dmg rating and only getting more damage from armor breaks. You won't regret the rank up, as you'll find him very useful in endgame and general content.
