Phoenix/ice man in uncollected difficulty [Fixed]

Yesterday upon completing the new uncollected difficulty in the new quest, she was doing over 20k damage with cold snap and apparently today she was nerfed down a little, so my problem is I used so many revives and health pots and is there anyway I can receive some back? I’m sure if she wasn’t glitched I wouldn’t have used so many items just to get by her.

There's a pretty big post on this where one of the mods said you could submit a ticket for a refund on some (all?) of the items used.
