Doc ock is not "really good" He's good but Im 100% certain he's not good enough to be your first rank 4

Thor Jane foster and Yondu were already buffed and Doc Ock is already really good.....

The balancing program is different than the buff program. We're getting a Rocket Raccoon buff next week. They've just reduced how often they do those.

Sorry but you seriously underestimate Doc Ock he is a champ who is highly slept on for years but slowly his use is being recognised.
    Why would I use him?
Oh, right. I forgot you only use the newest champs, and you’re too good for champs like Doc Ock and other old champs
No why would I realistically use when there are way better techs that do more damage and have better utility
Your argument is same as saying "Why would I use Negative when I can use Torch".

If they are in the same class it doesn't mean they are the same character with same utility. It is fine if you say you don't know enough about him or that he is too complicated for you. It took some time for me too to understand everything that is going on when playing with him.

Older champs require much more work & since it technically doesn't yield much revenue for them, they don't want to put in those man hours

Newer ones are much easier since they just need some value modifications

IDK exactly how much time it takes in coding these values but I reckon these small value changes can be done within a few hours
The older ones might stretch on for an entire week & sometimes even longer in overhaul cases

If I don't like playing a champ I'm not gonna play him nothing can change my mind about that

Being the choice of my first R4, doesn't determine whether a champ is good or not. My first R4 was Silver Centurion. I didn't have Doc as an option. Doc isn't someone I use very often but that doesn't take away from the fact he's actually a really good champ.

I picked a R4 for a champ I really enjoy playing and use all the time and is arguably the best tech champ in the game.

    S.C Stan's for lyfe.
I was with you all the way until nest etch champ lol .. my main dude rocket is just about to take that title for all time r2'd him as soon as I heard he was getting buffed in a couple months they won't dare do him dirty like psycoman (sadly I wasted 2 rank ups there) come on ROCKETEERS
    S.C eats raccoons for breakfast...

Mike broke it down a while back that a overhaul is basically building a whole new champ which is around 3 months of work while value bumps can take at minimum a month but still require testing to see how much their respective buffs can interact with the new numbers, so average it at six weeks.
