Miss-tic Dispersion is still broken

The defensive tactic has been broken all off season and appears to still be broken. The description is missing. Only the attack and health values are present.

We had it as a defensive tactic in the first off-season war and so did the ally we played against. The tactic wasn't working at all.

Is miss-tic broken again? In my current war, both my bg and the opposing bg have chosen miss-tic as the tactic, but the badge that’s supposed to indicate whether the global applies is not appearing on any of the defenders where it should be.
In other battle groups that chose other tactics, the badges do appear as expected.

The badge indicating miss-tic applies to the defender is back on the map. Hoping this means that the tactic is working properly again.
