  To be fair, he has some utility now (heal block, yes; armor break; I believe his hold block thing counts as armor; higher block prof, even though it may be bugged; sp3 power drain). Also it looks like you get fast to almost guaranteed crits. R1 6* was doing 27k sp2 vs rol ws, I guess it's enough for bgs, other content — not really. But yes, they didn't add anything fancy, and if you have say warlock, there is no real reason to invest in the champ.
  Psycho man wasn't really changed. Racoon is a little better now, as they did add some things. The bad thing is you don't really need those things most of the time

  @Aleor his l2 would crit with similar damage pre rework. Overall I agree with you. Nothing was added to his kit that ads much value. He will continue to be at the bottom of his class.

  He’s not that much better, and I’m glad I didn’t rush to rank him. The fact that his dormant armor buff does not prevent Havok’s plasma detonate from doing damage sealed the deal for me. I don’t see how he is useful against very many mutants, so he’s nothing more than another novelty buff.
