Battlegrounds issue in silver1

Just advanced into silver1 however it shows that all rewards have been claimed and I haven’t fought a single fight in silver 1.

    Will try to rephrase.

    In AW, you are in a SPECIFIC BRACKET, say GOLD-3.
    You could have a ranking of Gold-3, Rank 1000.
    No question, no confusion, it is Gold-3. Stop. Period.

    Now in Battlegrounda, the equivalent of that would be…
    Well, you just achieved the full reward for Silver-1, you can now be looking at the Gold-3 progression screen (which for you will now show 0 medals so far under Gold-3).
    But you’re not actually Gold-3 yet.
    You have just achieved full-blown Silver-1. Even though Silver-1 is what track you have been on for the last few matches. And which you are now doing Gold-3 (but you are NOT Gold-3).

    Wish they would just make this clearer for people, instead of saying the track you are on is different from the track you have achieved.

    In AW, if you are Gold-3, Rank-1000, it doesn’t confuse the matter by saying you are really just a Silver-1 Ally even though you are in Gold-3.

    The inconsistency, thus making it not very intuitive, is seen in OP's original pics.

    One seems to say you’ve finished Silver-1. The other seems to say you are still in Silver-1 (and have to still get 3 medals in Silver-1).

    Maybe in the 2nd pic, if they added the words “Required FOR GOLD-3” above the empty medal spots, it might make more sense. But it doesn’t say that. It just says “Required”, underneath the label saying Silver-1.

    Yes, once you figure out what is going on, you can understand it going forward.
    But it really doesn’t make sense for people first getting into Battlegrounds.

    Never fought any silver 1 matches
    Now I guess I skipped all of silver 1
    Now it’s showing myself in gold 3
