Off Season War Make Up Your Mind Count Or Not!

This is the second season in a row in which we've lost a tier during off season. Win or lose it's not supposed to matter in the off season above Tier 6 yet it DOES apparently. I get my alliance to battle all season and again, for nothing. You win in order to at least enjoy an off season break to pick up where you left off but now the second season in a row we're a tier below and this is after WINNING all off season.

I guess we shouldn't have played off season at all because it seems like when we do, we get shafted. We only played to get the loyalty but if this is going to be the norm why bother.

It’s because war tier is based on how many alliances are actively playing war and during off season that number drops quite a bit so the amount of alliances that can be in each tier decreases

I bet that doesn't happen in Tier 1 ... i've only heard complaints in Tier 4-5.

Not to mention we WON. i'd be less surprised if we lost. still, i'm gonna just stop expecting this game to work as spoken. we fully expect to pick up where we left off yet nope win or lose, expect to drop a tier smh.

There are less changes in a group that's already 0.15% of the number of alliances than a group that's 2-7%? I'm shocked.

i think (and i'm not surprised at all) that we're missing the point. if you've been told that once complete a milestone, you get the rewards for that milestone only to find out that at the end of the event, you're a bracket below what you achieved ... does that not rub you the wrong way?

don't tell people that off season war doesn't count, when it certainly does. i looked at the history just now and it's even more confusing. we gained points, then didn't .. we gained points then didn't so every single war it seems the system had no idea what it was doing .. some wars it did as intended and we gained nothing .. other wars we gained. so there's just no definitive answer i can give my team.

and this makes off season not a thing you can just not do like before.
