Which 6* to R3???

  I think all are great options for R3 unduped so no reason to wait for better. Without knowing the rest of your roster I would say
  
  1. Venompool- Absolutely love this guy. Was my 1st 6 star R2 and he has slayed so much content for me. Spider Verse evade counter, some buff control using a mechanic (om nom) that bypasses nullify immunity or nodes that don't allow nullify or fate seal, also you can om nom armor up buffs and gain really big Regenerations, once you are ramped up and start getting those furies he hits really hard. Freaking amazing champ
  2. Sorcerer Supreme- The nullification aura is a very powerful ability, great slow mechanic that you can easily and reliably refresh throughout the fight, Regen on block is helpful for specials that you can't dex, passive power gain is a powerful ability as well
  3. Very tough call but I'll put Sersi- If a champ has a lot of armor up buffs (like a civil warrior or colossus) she is my go to no question. She ramps up unbelievably fast against those guys. Unblockable specials are cool but also a powerful ability. No matter what champ you fight in just 1 special 2 your combos are hitting like a freight train, very simple very powerful champ.
  4. Overseer- Taunt is an underrated ability he is viable for all or nothing node, poison immune obviously, guaranteed stun on sp 1 along with a Regen that cancels out recoil damage, sp 2 has a disorient that is really better if he is duped but still a nice ability to have, the burst damage from his light attacks while in combo mode are a great way to bypass armor/resistances. Hated putting this guy in 4th place, my R2 has kicked a lot of tail and is a big part of my plan to take down collector with his synergy that makes him immune to reverse controls
