I have 5 mystic champs to awaken but only have resource to do 1. I need to know which one should I do that can be useful in achieving Thronbreaker. All
Of them are awakened already.

    Just a quick update. I have 5* awaken version of all of the above 6* mystic champs as well at R5

    Doom for most content, most places in The Contest, same with Mojo.
    Symbiote Supreme is useful for quite a bit in Act 6, same with Sorceror Supreme.
    BWCV is apparently good for all sorts of things, but I don't use her outside of arenas.

    Tl;DR, if don't have any really helpful advice; they are all great, :)
