His Heavy attack spell is getting a stack limit, other than that his damage and utility is kept intact. I think the nerf isn’t going live until the January update though.

The dupe is just very niche abilities like blocking unblockable attacks from cosmic champs and not consuming shocks when converting shocks + incinerates into plasma
