Gauntlet 2? Abyss 2? Any big content coming?

With 2 new champs made for ramp ups (shuri/attuma) and now relics, is any new content coming first quarter of 2023 where these champs/features can really stretch their legs? 🧐

It feels like something big is coming. They’ve released a ton of powerful champs and max level rank ups are just around the corner. I just hope whatever they release doesn’t have a damage cap so we can really see what everyone is capable of.

Something has to be. Even a return of Gauntlet 1.0 would be welcome.

Abyss is outdated now. We need something. I hope EOP running for months wasn’t all they were planning.

8.2 beta releases soon, so that should be out around April

This January Abyss was released 3 years ago. So it would seem likely to drop another long type of content.

That actually touches on something I’ve asked for before… I think you should be able to lock champs into special quests like abyss/guantlet/etc… then be able leave them there, go out and use other champs for story, EQ, etc… for some, things like abyss can take days cuz you can only play 30min-1hr at a time at a high level. Sucks to not be able to do anything else for a week while you’re still working on that content.

If kabam keeps going at their current rate, we won't see a new abyss until 6* r5s are common in the game and it'll be one of the first ways to get a r3 7*

When was the last Roadmap announcement?
The only thing I remember was that artifacts/relics and act 8 were coming down the pike in 2022, and now that future is reality.

I know it's probably an unpopular opinion but I actually really enjoy LOL and AOL. And absolutely would love a follow up with another massive maze with massive fights.

I'm hoping for something like Realm of Legends 2.0. Massive, massive health pools with no gimmicky, cheap nodes that nerf or are just there to artificially ramp up the difficulty like in Labyrinth or Abyss. One path.
