Loki buff steal not working on certain buffs

I know most people don’t even use Loki so this probably won’t change anytime soon, but I was using him in BGs hoping to counter buff heavy champs, however in his kit it says copy all of the opponents buffs, but against Ikaris the energize weren’t effected, is this a bug or is Loki’s kit so old it isn’t programmed to copy newer buffs that didn’t exist when he was released?

nova surge from the name already seems like a unique buff
and so is power charge

but aptitude and energize cant be stolen/copied is weird

Loki and rogue were released before those buffs were added to the game. Simply put, they’re too outdated for the development of the current game.
