Galan ideal sig level?

I have galan at sig 99. Im not really understanding how his sig works. What is an ideal sig level for him? Is there any benefits to putting more stones into him?

in my opinion, there is no ideal sig level. it's all about what you want from the champ. not duped, Galan does what Galan does. the sig ability is bit more damage and some utility but it's not needed to do the things you'd usually use Galan for.

his sig isn't necessary to invest in .. but that's just me.

A much faster ramp up agaisnt chanps like peni makes a good differennce imo
