Unable to upgrade Champions due to Relics

I use an iPhone 12 mini. When I click on Champions, Relics is selected as default. I am unable to click on Champions or click on individual champions to upgrade.
Garbage relic feature is breaking basic functionality of this game.

    Have you done the relics tutorial?

    Do the tutorial under the relic tab
    Bind a champ and then it will be back to normal
    Moreover you can unbind the same champ as well
    So no loss

    It's not as much a Tutorial, like other aspects of game from a Question Mark icon (like how to play AQ or AW).
    It is “live” procedures you would do to your roster, while following along prompts of some sort within there.

    Final steps are actually binding a relic to one of your champs.
