Glory Store Tier 1 Basic Alloy Fragments Missing

Describe the Issue:

I believe I did the math correctly, but I recently purchased Tier 1 Basic Alloy Fragments (75 fragments) from the Glory Store, which is where I think lies the problem. This was in addition to buying both Tier 1 Basic Alloy Fragments (75+75 = 150) from the Battlegrounds Store. I had started out at 100 fragments and was hoping to make another Tier 1 Basic Alloy (100 + 150 + 75 = 325) (300 = A Whole Tier 1 Basic Alloy) so I could have a total of 2 Tier 1 Basic Alloys to rank up one of my 3-star Relics. When I made the purchase, I noticed that it had said I bought a whole Tier 1 Basic Alloy from the Glory Store. I didn't believe that I purchased a whole Tier 1, so I checked my inventory and the 75 fragments was not there as well as not having a total of 2 Tier 1 Basic Alloys. I closed the game, restarted, went back to the Glory store and Inventory and they did not appear.

Do I need to make a payment support request?

Do I need to make a payment support request to regain my glory (110? 140? can't remember) or get my 75 fragments that I'm missing?

So, prior to purchasing the 3x 75’s Fragments in store, did you have exactly 1x Whole Alloy plus 100 Frags already ? (from where ?)

Yes, I had 1 whole alloy plus 100 frags, hoping to create a 2nd whole alloy to rank up a 3-star relic. I was hoping I'd have 25 fragments leftover from the purchases. I had gotten the 1 whole alloy plus 100 frags when they released relics in the first week I bought from the Battlegrounds store and I want to say the side quest?

Maybe the changeover in item wording in store messed up any existing purchase refresh time.
Letting you buy another, but then it realizing you had bought already and should have been on refresh, so didn’t count the new purchase ????

You can send a Support Ticket request and ask them to look into your account and see.

You are really helpful, polite, and thank you for being a Guardian and seeing/responding so quickly to my post. I really do appreciate it and will submit a request. Thank you for letting me know what's up.

Also, I think you are exactly right. I searched the bug forums to see that there have been 2 other instances of this and they recently tried to patch it correctly as you've stated (a mix-up for TB/Paragon/Uncollected/Cavalier stores). Maybe that has something to do with it? I don't know, but you directing me to the right people to look into it correctly is the fastest way for resolution. Again, much appreciated.

No response yet from claims, but I do have more info now that the Glory Store had its 8 day reset.

The Glory Store correctly lists as a Tier 1 Alloy Fragment. However, when clicking the icon to purchase the 75 Fragments of a Tier 1 Alloy Fragment, the popup is listed as a WHOLE Tier 1 Alloy. I think the coding for the actual purchase is still messed up. The popup window will say I currently have 1 whole Tier 1 Alloy, instead of listing it as adding to the number of fragments I have.

I recommend everyone that is uncollected to save yourself 110 glory and not purchase the Tier 1 Alloy Fragments from the Glory Store until this is resolved for anyone who sees this post.

Just got a response today from the claims department. There is indeed a problem with the fragments from the glory store as stated above.

They added the 75 fragments to my inventory. They've been dealing with an influx of requests, so be patient everyone!

Just an update, glory store looks like it's fixed for the Tier 1 Basic Alloy Fragments and properly shows up.
