His abilities shouldnt fail to trigger duo to chance since she can't aar him and his abilities' chance to happen is 100%, most of them

Not quite.

If something has a 350% chance to trigger, it's guaranteed to trigger 3 times and a 50% chance to trigger a 4th. If that 4th time fails, Domino can then cause her crit failure.
