Immortal Hulk regen query

i just read abilities of IHulk where i read that his regen ability cannot be increased or decreased by outside sources......then why if we heal block him his regen after immortality stops.?????

I was doing event quest recently R2 him and want to take down star lord but he apply heal block debuff and after my immortality i can't regen my hulk why?????
I do have 93 charges

His regen rate cannot be increased or decreased. Heal block does neither, it simply prevents him from healing.
