Rocket's "Spin It" in Scrap Yard?

Since the "Cavalier Spin It To Win It" solo event, I've been able to accumulate 6 points. As of right now, there is 11 days left of the event. I'm aware that "Guns Blazing" crystals will be available in the crystal vault from December 4th (Sunday) to the 6th (Tuesday).

My question is: will that be the only way to get the crystals necessary to finish off the "Spin It" event and get that 6-star Rocket Raccoon? OR will there be an option to get these crystals in the upcoming "Rocket's Workshop" instead?

It'll be best to know ahead of time, so this way people don't miss out on getting 6-star Rocket... thinking there will be more "Gun Blazing" crystals available AFTER the 6th.

    That's what I was afraid of. I won't be spending units on Rocket, as I have him at a high sig naturally already anyway. Thanks for confirming @Furrymoosen

    I'm just finding this now.

    So this means that I, prepared to spend if that what it takes, have no option to procure the 6* Rocket? What's the point of having this event last another 5 days when there's no longer any means of working towards the goal?

    Any chance of bringing back the Guns Blazing crystal or is there something we're missing here?

    The Daily Objective/Battlepass thing has Guns Blazing Crystals in it. Not everyone logs in every day so there are potentially people who may have purchased some of the crystals and will get the remaining ones they need over the course of the next 5 days when they complete enough of the objectives.

    They gave everyone full access to view the rewards where it could be seen that you would only get 6 crystals through the event. In their communication for the event they stated the only other way to get crystals, which would be through the crystal vault, and in that communication they stated the two periods of time when that crystal would be available. Their information was solid and everything was easily viewable for everyone. Short of saying the specific words “you will have to buy some crystals too” they gave all the info needed to go after the 6* Rocket. It sucks if it was missed, but you snooze you lose at this point.

    Where was this? In game?

    Regardless, it's a strange decision to reintroduce the crystal only to remove it before the event is over.
