I’m banned, but I’m not banned?

This is really weird I honestly hv no idea what’s going on, so I was playing the 8.2 beta and I stopped playing for a bit and watched some YouTube, I then logged back into the game and got this
Now the reason for this title is I’m banned on my iPad but when I log into my phone on the exact same account I’m not banned? I haven’t broken any Tos so idk what’s going on anyone got any ideas

    That's bizarre. Try uninstalling the game on your iPad and logging back in. Maybe something to do with the Beta server? Now I'm afraid to log in to the beta lol. Hope it works out for you.

    Maaybe u just got banned either way send a ticket which wont be till probs monday for a reply but also dont post on forums as its a forum rule to not discuss any bans

    If I got banned then why can I still log on to my acc on a different device and tbh I don’t care whether it’s a forum rule or not

    When you are logged into the BETA site of game, does that normally persist between closing/restarting the game ?

    If so, then if for whatever reason your BETA access was banned, that may be why you keep getting that from that one device (there may not be a mechanism for logging into a different account if the “you are banned” comes up prior to any screens where you can say what one you want to login as).

    I would venture to say (and you probably DON'T want to try it) that on the device that is still fine, if you were to switch over to the BETA on that one, you'd probably see it come up as banned there too. (but potentially locked out like your first device, if restarting would always want to come back to whichever mode you were last logged in as “Normal vs Beta”).

    I don’t get the option to chose whether to go on the beta or on my actual live server account on my iPad it just goes straight to the permanently banned screen, but if I am banned from the beta for some reason after getting invited to it then I expect some sort of compensation for missing out on it
