    How likely is it that this one facet of the game is working to perfection, on every device everywhere and always has, through every update of the app? What makes this so special that it's immune to bugs and why aren't they spraying that magic bug repellant on everything?

    Crystals have not been immune to bugs. There have been a couple through the years like a wrong rarity champion in a crystal. I believe it was a 4* in a 5* feature. There was no punisher in arena crystals upon release as well.

    It doesn't exist on every device, everywhere. It exists on the server.
    How long did it take you to validate that system? I didn't say the process was entirely local and since when did processes on servers and their transactions with users become bug immune?

    Valkyrie 7 times
    Gorr 2 times
    SW once
    Hulkbuster 6 times
    Wiccan 4 times

    I haven't pulled Rocket, X23 and Titania so far.

    This is clearly rigged... My Rocket needs awakening, X23 would be a first pull, same as Titania.

    Kabam is strategically targeting the OP and me so we never get the odds we specifically require.

    I said there have been a number of confirmed issues that I could count on one hand over 8 years. The pools exist on the servers. The Crystals we open send a request to the servers to generate an outcome based on the parameters of the pools they're associated with, and the servers generate that outcome. The only thing affecting those outcomes is the drop rates input into the server, the same drop rates that are listed and discussed. That outcome is sent to the device instantaneously and has nothing to do with what you pulled last time. There is no "bug" to occur based on what you pulled before.

    The Void/Sentry debacle. Cull Obsidian drop rates or something like like.

    All Champions in the Featured Hero Crystal have an equal chance of being pulled from the Crystal. If you expand your sample size to the millions of crystals that have been opened since the Crystal launched, you'd see a fairly even split amongst all of the Champions.
