Banquet Event Points

Just as the banquet event started, I already put up 18K points. But it's not showing in the Alliance List and it says I'll qualify for the rewards in 1 day 13 hrs.
Does this mean the 18k points (1800 units) that I have already spent was for nothing??
I have already been in the alliance for almost 2 weeks.
It will really be frustrating if all those points won't count for the alliance. I don't mind getting the rewards late but at least the points that I have put up while already being in the alliance should be counted.
Please help

    Yeah the points won‘t count. You Need to be 2 weeks in the Alliance Not almost 2 weeks 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Yes, that's why the timer is there. Don’t buy/open crystals till the Timer has expired ✌🏻
