Not able to participate in banquet gifting event

Achieved conqueror Or lvl 40 and created account before November and still unable to participate in gifting event

Same for my account. I am conqueror and made my account somewhere end october/beginning of march.
Hope they will correct it.

Yeah same here, Im having the same issues
