While the Game Team investigates a way to remedy this issue, we will be putting the Game into Emergency Maintanance.

    I once got 3 Iceman out of 4 4* crystals
    I popped all 4 crystals together & 3/4 were Iceman
    And they were basic 4*, not skill-mutant dual class

    When I went to see the results in the alliance tab then there was another player who had pulled an Iceman just a few seconds before my crystals
