Team Work, Dream Work Crystals

My account is new and I have got over 10000 Teamwork Dreamwork Shards. If I go into the special section of crystals, the option to obtain a Teamwork Dreamwork crystal is not there. Is there any advice on what I can do to get them?

    I have the same issue! But I’m at level 29 and “contender”.

    Can Kabam please give an answer on this??

    My button is there but im not getting rewards for crystals i open and my crystals disapear. Opened a total of 16 crystals today and only got rewards from 12 of them and thats a big maybe i dont recall even getting the iso for the ones they said i got!

    Yes, the same happened in my alternative account where I am contender, the game indicate that I have the shards, but I can't find them in the crystal tab.


    In my main account where I am uncollected this issue does not occur.

    From some similar posts about this, it appears as if there was a “Conqueror” Requirement (or some such progression) in order to have access to Dreamwork/Teamwork crystals, even though you may have earned shards for them while still below that required progression (and so while below that progression have no way to actually utilize those shards).

    Although requirement for Alliance Banquet Event was clearly spelled out (or, eventually was clarified as *AND*, but anyways spelled out), the requirements for other aspects of the event we’re not really spelled out as much.
    Such as Accolades (Calendar, and/or also being able to Gift them away), access to be able to *buy* Banquet crystals for yourself, access to Banquet SOLO Event, availability of the Banquet Calendar, etc.
