Missing reward

Hello greetings
I want to report a missing reward that I obtain by completing holidays side quest. I obtained the reward but the awakening 5*Crystal not appeared in inventory even I restarted the game also

Haven’t received numerous rewards, summoner weekly event almost 3 days later, still nothing. And a few other alliance game rewards. Is this an iOS issue? Or did banquet cause issues with rewards.
