What's wrong with it? It's says a chance not a guarantee.

Think of them as featured hero crystals. You will always pull a 1-2 star champion but you have a chance to get ones not in the normal crystals.

Another snowflake crying about free stuff.

It’s Saturday night, maybe they have lives that we obviously do not.

There isn't much to respond to. The Crystal is as described. There's a chance at rare Champs. Not a guarantee.
