Banquet event

Hi, someone told me i needed to be lvl 40 to participate in the banquet event but i finally just got to lvl 40 but it's not popping up even after refreshing does anyone know why?

Have you reach the conquerer progression level (completed Act 4)?

If you’re level 40 and conqueror, you’ll have a mail with the gifting badge. Restart the game if it’s not there. Your account also needs to have been created before Nov 21.
